Hi. It's me with a wall of text.
Once upon a time I thought to describe myself as a polymath, but now I find that pretentious and condescending.
Hello! I am a generalist, a jack of many trades (master of none; there's always more to learn about everything). I have been an actor, director, an accountant, a programmer, a bartender, tech support, a CEO, a brewer, a vintner, a bookkeeper, a mill worker, a janitor, a figure model, a waiter, a musician, an operations manager, a pollworker, a dishwasher, a line cook, a sound engineer, a delivery driver, a logistics coordinator, a CFO, a database manager, a plumber, a carpenter, and a graphic designer (to name a few).
I've done layout for websites, textbooks, posters, programs, newspaper advertisements, specials menus, and beer labels. I've done voiceover work for television and radio. I'm a character actor that has done everything from staged readings and French surrealist plays to Gilbert and Sullivan operettas and I've been on reality telvision (really). I've started and closed businesses. I have delivered beer to cruise ships. I've written plays, blog posts, magazine articles, short stories, travel guides, and how-to manuals. I've managed logistics for multi-state distribution programs and I've run restaraunts. I do my best to not wear two shades of the same color at the same time. I've worked Sunday brunch. I know and respect the Oxford comma. I value good kerning. I struggle with not putting two spaces after every period.
What do you suppose I will do next?
